Patrick's Fried Rice

3/4 cup medium grain white rice
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot chili & garlic sauce
some mixed veggies
some meat
1 or 2 eggs, scrambled

Cook the rice longer than usual so it is slightly more dry than normally cooked rice. Then put the rice in to a pan and turn the heat to high. Add the Olive Oil and soy sauce in with the rice and mix it so that the sauce covers the rice. This keeps the rice from sticking together.

Add the pepper and basil in to the rice and mix it so that it is uniform. Then mix in the Worcester sauce and the hot chili and garlic sauce.

Next mix in the veggies, meat and eggs. The eggs should go in last. Sometimes I like to add bits of green onions, I recommend adding those last if you use them. If you have leftover meat and/or veggies in your fridge, those will work perfectly in this!
